Thirdly, we may be aware of suitable listings even if we do not have the appropriate listing in house. Strategic Endeavors LLC networks with quality brokers throughout PA (PBBA) and throughout the country (IBBA & M&AA)and will co-broker a deal. Co-brokering is when one broker supplies the Seller and a second broker supplies the buyer.

Finally, through our networks and affiliations, we can post a confidential buyer listing in an attempt to attract an opportunity. There is no cost to you and yet your blind profile will be available and working 24 hours per day. Other brokers and professional advisors that we are in contact with may review your profile and know of a good business available for acquisition that matches your criteria. We will field inquiries and pass along any opportunities that we believe you may be interested in. And again, we will be compensated from the Seller side, so there is no cost to you.
